SMS Carriers

To configure SMS carriers for sending text messages through the software, navigate to the Settings screen and click the SMS Carriers button.

To add a new carrier, click Add New Carrier and enter the following information:

• Carrier Name: Enter a name that identifies the mobile carrier company.
• Email Domain: Enter the email domain provided by the carrier for delivering SMS messages to mobile phone numbers through its email gateway. For example, AT&T uses txt.att.net.
• Prefix: If the carrier requires a prefix to be added to the mobile phone number when sending SMS messages, enter it in this field. Otherwise, leave this field blank.

After entering the required information, click OK to save the carrier configuration.

To modify or remove an existing carrier, select its record from the table and choose one of the following options:

• Edit Selected Carrier: Opens the selected carrier's information so you can make changes.
• Delete Selected Carrier: Removes the selected carrier record.

When you have finished adding, editing, or deleting carriers, click Close to exit the SMS Carriers screen.
