Payment Gateway

To configure a payment processor, navigate to the Settings screen and click the Payment Gateway button.

The software currently supports integration with two payment gateways: Stripe and Square. Select the payment gateway you want to use and enter the corresponding connection credentials provided by the payment processor when you register for an account.

Depending on the selected gateway, enter the following credentials:

• Stripe:
  • Publishable Key
  • Secret Key
• Square:
  • Application ID
  • Location ID
  • Access Token

After entering the credentials, click the Test button to verify the connection. Wait for the test response, which will indicate whether the connection was successful.

If you are using credentials associated with the payment processor's test environment, select the Test Environment checkbox. This tells the software to submit payment transactions to the processor's test environment rather than its live environment.

The test environment allows you to simulate payment transactions without actually charging the payment cards used during testing.

Once you have entered and verified all the required information, click Save to store your payment gateway configuration.
